Welcome to VETROLEUM, Alternative Fuels Sustainable Fuels
Solar Power Since the early 70's I have been a follower of the development of 'alternatives' to petroleum based energy. Wind, solar, stream these days with hydrogen based energy making exceptional advances these last several years. While many of us have been acutely aware of the need to develop 'new' energy technologies, people in the mainstream are becoming more accepting of the fact that we must find other energy sources to replace petroleum.
Oil prices have been inflated for long enough, though, that consumers should expect gasoline and heating oil prices to nudge modestly higher in coming weeks. Even so, ago levels and the president of the American Petroleum Institute, Red Cavaney, told Congress this week that the country was in "good shape" on the supply front. 2002
"Freedom Fuels was created with the goal of educating as many people as possible on the obstacles created by the petroleum industry for developing cheaper, more energy efficient fuels, " said Martin O'Brien, director of Freedom Fuels.
